How can I book a room?
Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in: 12h00 // check out 12h00
Can I leave the room late?
According to availability, please request when you make your reservation and wait for the approval of the hotel. After 14h00, an additional night will be charged.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
No, excepting in Superior Rooms and according to availability.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
No.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes. From 1st of January 2008, the whole hotel will be non-smoking.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
6 floors, there is 1 lift.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is air conditioning in the rooms. It works all the year except in winter.
Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
No.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
Public parking near the hotel, parking Lagrange, rue Lagrange, about 25€/day.
Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes, a business center is offered and Wifi is available in the whole hotel..
Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, Wifi is available (extra charge) in the guest rooms.

Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
No.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
French, English: all the staff Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese: according to the receptionists.
Where may I rent a car?
To rent a car, just ask at the reception desk, they will help you find one.
How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
About 25 minutes by bus.
We are coming with 1 (or more) child, can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
No, we can’t add extra bed in double rooms. We accept to add 1 free extra bed only in Superior Twin Rooms for child under 12.
What is the nearest metro station and how long does it take to join it?
Metro: Maubert-Mutualité (line 10), 1-minute walk.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost?
Orly: 35€ // CDG: 50 €
How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
